Geri Wells specializes in developing the ability of executive leaders to build resilient organizations capable of responding to adaptive challenges. Her approach enables leaders to enhance their capacity to influence in a way that creates enduring value for their organizations’ many stakeholders. Geri is recognized by her clients for bringing clarity and coherency to the dynamic complexities of their work environment, for helping clients to identify new possibilities for action, and for helping them to build upon the knowledge and capabilities that are already present. Geri brings twenty years of experience working with multi-national corporations, small businesses and community based organizations in a variety of industries, including energy, finance, technology, manufacturing and service. Geri has also held leadership, management and internal consulting positions in public, private and non-profit enterprises. Geri is certified in Organization and Systems Design, and holds an MA in Public Administration and a BA in Psychology.
